In these challenging times business owners need all of their employees to play a role in the marketing of their business. This requires the input, involvement and commitment of every employee, not just the sales and marketing staff.
But how can your non sales/marketing staff help to promote your business and, importantly, how do you overcome the difficulties of motivating, empowering and instructing them to consider the bigger picture?
Join us at this practical and highly relevant briefing where three experts in marketing, HR and performance excellence will advise on how to:
· Empower and arm your non sales/marketing staff to promote your business effectively as part of their day-to-day activities.
· Communicate your company message clearly and effectively to your staff to improve their performance.
· Address the issues and objections that may rise from job descriptions and employment contracts.

About Movember
Movember challenges men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache. The rules are simple, start Movember 1st clean-shaven and then grow a moustache for the entire month. The moustache becomes the ribbon for men’s health, the means by which awareness and funds are raised for cancers that affect men. Much like the commitment to run or walk for charity, the men of Movember commit to growing a moustache for 30 days.
The most recent data shows that there were 2,758 new cases of prostate cancer diagnosed in 2009 in Ireland. Men in Ireland have a one in nine chance of developing prostate cancer during their lifetime.
Action Prostate Cancer, an initiative of The Irish Cancer Society will use the money raised by Movember for the development of programs related to awareness, public education, advocacy, support of those affected, and research into the prevention, detection, treatment and cure of prostate cancer.
